Who provides the Preview

The Preview is provided by Tan PHAN, an individual operating the Planova project. Planova is not yet registered as a business. Publisher and hosting details: see the legal notice.

1. The Silver and Standard Preview

The Preview covers the Silver and Standard demonstrations. During the Preview, both are available free of charge, without registration, for evaluation with the fictional Aurelia Sensors demonstration dataset only; the service refuses any other financial data. The forecast year of the Preview is fixed to 2026. Real company financial data can only be processed after a commercial agreement and authorized account activation. AI commentary is switched off; all figures and explanations come from the Planova calculation engine. The Preview is temporary and may end or change. Future access to Silver may require registration or membership. No launch date, subscription price or continued free access is guaranteed. Using the Preview creates no subscription, payment or membership. No paid service is currently offered.

2. Planova Early Access

Planova Early Access registration is not yet operational: it will only open after a separate activation. Planova Early Access is a free waiting list. Registration creates no paid subscription, purchase, member account or payment obligation; it uses synthetic demonstration data only and does not authorize the processing of real company financial data. Joining creates no account and no right to a future offer, price or date; it only lets Planova send you updates about the programme and the opening of Silver membership. You can leave at any time (see the privacy notice).

3. Figures and responsibility

• Results are computed by the Planova engine from the demonstration data and the assumptions you enter. Scenarios are business assumptions, not predictions with a probability.
• Planova is a decision-support tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal or investment advice; you remain responsible for checking results and for your decisions.
• The simplified tax shown in Silver is an estimate applied to positive operating profit only; it is not a tax calculation.
• The demonstration dataset is fictional and must not be used as a reference for any real company. DEMO reports and CSV files are labelled as such.

4. Acceptable use

Do not try to submit other financial data, to overload, disrupt or circumvent the service, or to automate access beyond normal use. The number of calculation and registration requests is limited per visitor.

5. Intellectual property and permitted use

The website, the Planova software and their texts are protected (see the legal notice). You may use the Preview and its labelled DEMO exports for evaluation purposes only. Third-party rights, including those in software components, names and trademarks, remain reserved to their owners.

6. Availability and changes

The Preview is provided free of charge and as is, without guarantee of availability. Features may change, be suspended or end while the Preview runs. Gold and Platinum are future tiers and are not available.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. In other cases, disputes are brought before the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable rules of law. Before any proceedings, please contact us so that we can try to find an amicable solution.
